To initiate a refund request, clients must contact us at bytebrandofficial@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of service delivery or contract signing, whichever is applicable. The refund request should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

3. Refund Evaluation and Approval:

All refund requests will be carefully evaluated by our team. We will consider factors such as the nature of the services provided, the client’s expectations, and the validity of the request. Approval of a refund is at the discretion of ByteBrand.

4. Refund Amount:

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the services rendered and any expenses incurred by ByteBrand up to that point. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

5. Refund Processing Time:

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the client’s account may vary based on the client’s financial institution.

6. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements will be made.
